Cool desert mornings, crisp mountain air, and the quiet stretch of the 18th fairway just beyond your back door - this PGA West retreat gives you room to breathe, room to play, and a backyard that makes it hard to leave. Whether you`re here for the polo season, a golf trip, or simply a winter escape into the Coachella Valley, the setting delivers on every front.


The space
Spanning 2,530 sq. ft., this entire home accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with additional sleeping space in the upstairs loft. Vaulted ceilings and expansive views bring the outdoors in, while the living room anchors the space with comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and an 85` Smart TV loaded with streaming services including Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, and more. When the evening mood calls for something different, the record player, board games, arcade games, life size games, mini golf, and game console keep everyone entertained well into the night.


Sleeping arrangements
The Primary Suite offers a king bed dressed in cotton linens, a walk-in closet, HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Bedroom 2 provides a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has two full beds and access to a bathroom with shower. The loft rounds out the sleeping quarters with a sofa bed and a dedicated workspace. A crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib are available upon request.


Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances - gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher - along with a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking basics. An oversized island seats four, while the dining table accommodates all eight guests. Wine glasses, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are on hand. Kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided to get you started; please note that cooking oil, sprays, foil, plastic wrap, and other cooking ingredients are not supplied.


Outdoor living
The private backyard opens directly onto golf course and mountain views, with a private outdoor pool and private hot tub available year-round, 24 hours a day. Pool heating is available October through May for $50 per day, bringing the temperature to 88 degrees. Sun loungers, an outdoor shower, misters, a fire pit, an outdoor dining area, and a gas BBQ grill make the backyard a natural gathering point on cool desert evenings. Please note the backyard is private but not fully fenced.


Amenities & access
The home includes Wifi, Ethernet connection, central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor electric fireplace. A washer, dryer, iron, and full clothing storage are available in-unit. Free residential garage parking and free street parking are both on offer, along with a private entrance and self check-in via keypad. Access to a shared gym nearby is also included. A golf cart rental (seats 4 adults) is available upon request at $70/day - must be 18 or older with a valid driver`s license.


Location
Situated within the PGA West Golf Resort Community in La Quinta, the home sits less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds and just minutes from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and nearby casinos - everything the Coachella Valley offers, with a peaceful retreat to return to.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

AMEX Golf Tournament (Stadium Course): From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for its annual PGA golf tournament on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period. Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located on the world famous Stadium Course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas. We are located on but are not affiliated with the Stadium Course.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
