"This place is quite nice and easy to see why it could be considered Gorgeous! We stayed here for 3 weeks, March 24. Dean (the host) answered our first phone call immediately and was quite kind. For a week we were 6 people, but there was only 1 key. We asked for a second key. He said he would make sure that a second key would be delivered either that day or the next blaming the cleaners. Meanwhile he wanted us to hide the key outside somewhere to accommodate us. I told him it was a construction...

"We had a marvelous stay at Las Palapas. It is a beautiful property in a spectacular location. There is a small, private beach right next to the property and a safe area for snorkeling right in front of the house. We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our whole family of 13, including 5 children. This fabulous place was perfect for all ages. The kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling equipment were fabulous to have and so easy to use. There are tennis courts and a pickle ball court...

"This home is perfect for a family or group getaway. Located in a small, private, gated community of custom built vacation villas, this house has four en suite bedrooms, large kitchen, laundry, large comfy sitting room, and ample dining room. Two housekeeper/cooks are also available for hire to make the stay completely care-free. The house includes its own pool and jacuzzi, while the small gated community also offers it own larger pool for use by residents. The kids have their own en suite...

"The house was as described. Although you can walk to the beach, it was a little far if you have beach gear to bring. It was a busy week in town and the rental was peaceful because it is several blocks from the center of town. The caretaker, Sharon, was very helpful and quick to respond, and gave us recommendations."

"This property has a stunning view of the town and the Pacific both inside and out. The pool offers hours of fun and relaxation. Don't plan a lot of extracurricular activities, because you will not want to leave this oasis of tranquility. Very large, clean and comfortable home. I highly recommend it."

"Nice new building with a lovely pool and pool deck. Only downsides were: it was a fairly long hike north or south to the nearest towns. So be prepared to walk unless you have a car. Kitchen was missing some basics. I would also suggest a few more amenities in the suite such as a few books to share; an info sheet on things like the wifi code, what to do with garbage, etc. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay."

"We were a group of 10 women yogis in our 50s and 60s. The two villas that we used were spectacular; the views, the pool, the sweet fresh flowers in the rooms everything was top-notch. We will definitely come back. Rene the groundskeeper was so helpful & kind. Marisol, our chef, was stocked our fridge, prepared our healthy meals with love and deliciousness❤️"

"Fue mi primera vez visitando la peñita de jaltemba, reserve mediante Expedia y resultó fantástico, todo muy bien desde las camaristas, hasta los recepcionistas la gente del restaurante sin duda alguna volvería a ese lugar muy recomendado, cuartos muy bien super limpios y con lo básico para no querer salir del hotel, su alberca que tiene un toque salado primera en su existencia que veo me super encantó el hotel"
