"Great stay and one of the few hotels on the beach. We had a superior room with a view but it was above the kitchens which makes a bit of noise in the morning. The staff was great and helpful. For food and drinks the restaurant is really good. The drinks and cocktail menu are nice and also very nice to have close to the pool and beach. Only down side is the breakfast which is “à la carte” where you need to chose different things and it gets a little repetitive. The fruit plate is not great and the juice of the day feels like the juice of the week. Also you can get filter coffee or pay more for a cappuccino or smth. Overall we had a great stay and these were minor inconveniences. There is a parking and you can get good access to the black river area"

"Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Das Hotel und der Strand waren traumhaft. Die Anlage super gepflegt und das Essen gut. Eine Anregung unsererseits wäre die vegetarischen Gerichte deutlicher mit einem Symbol o.ä. zu kennzeichnen, damit man als Vegetarier einfacher erkennt was für einen geeignet ist. Auch, dass man als All Inklusive Gast immer Rechnungen zu null Euro unterschreiben muss wirkt unintuitiv. Diese beiden Anregungen sollen jedoch nicht das Gesamtbild schmälern, das Hotel ist spitze."

"Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit beheiztem Pool und sehr gutem Essen. Das Bufett war nie überfüllt, sehr angenehm. Der Kinderclub hat ein Trampolin und ein Klettergerüst- fanden unsere Kinder super. Wir haben sie aufgrund der Sprachbarriere aber nicht alleine dort gelassen. Das Personal dort schien jedoch auch ziemlich eingespannt mit schreienden französischen Babies und Kleinkindern zu sein, bei denen die Eltern offensichtlich weniger zimperlich waren als wir. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Tennisplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Spieleraum- man kann es sich wirklich schön machen. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war wirklich großartig. Wir hatten nicht immer Glück mit dem Wetter und im Wasser war es trotzdem sehr angenehm und man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer vom Pool aus. Klientel im Hotel auch durchweg angenehm. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen."

"Das Personal ist wie zu erwarten super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und groß. Der Strand am Hotel ist Mega schön, türkis und glasklar. Schade aber das alle Korallen tot sind, trotzdem sieht man Fische beim schnorcheln. Leider kein Smart TV im Zimmer und unser Zimmer hatte immer einen komischen Geruch, könnte evtl an der Luftfeuchtigkeit liegen. Für Families mit Kids eignet sich das Hotel sehr."

"Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Auswahl groß, sodass jeder etwas Passendes finden konnte. Allerdings würde ich nicht empfehlen, das Hotel am Wochenende zu buchen. Es ist dann leider viel zu überfüllt. Zudem haben sich einige einheimische Gäste nicht besonders rücksichtsvoll verhalten, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Die kommen in großen Gruppen ! Meine Empfehlung: Wenn möglich, lieber unter der Woche buchen."

"Très bel hôtel dans la nature du sud. Si vous recherchez un espace loin de tout c’est vraiment idéal. Mention spéciale à Madame Stefanie et Monsieur Adriano qui ont été très agréable avec nos enfants. Le personnel au restaurant, la réception et les conducteurs de baggy étaient très disponibles et serviables.Mention spéciale aussi à Monsieur Raj et au jeune Ndreesh. On a aimé la plage et la piscine."

"We did not like the food too much - it is not worth the money at all. We tried the greek food, seafood and the asian fusion. All were not worth the high prices. However, the beach bar’s sunset location and the breakfast were wonderful. Last but most important: the beach is not at all like it looks. Lot‘s of gravel and coral, no nice swimming areas, and not at all well maintained. Beautiful picture and sunset spot that is not at all worth the high prices! American hotels are simply not true luxury! "
