Terrible!

No amenities included as listed when i booked the hotel. They are going through a “re-branding” and nothing was available. Hardly any food out for breakfast and was out, looked old. Restaurant/bar was only open 1 night during our entire stay there. Spa closed. No AC on in the hotel- elevators and hallways ridiculously hot. Dead bug on floor in our bathroom. Horrible stay. Would like a refund and it was NOT as advertised! Would have much preferred to stay at the Travelodge next door!

just ok

We were only ok about our stay. For the price ($122 for the night) it was not what we were expecting. The room had a stale smell when we walked in, the room air conditioner worked but did not keep the room an even temp. The toilet had a ring at the waterline that looked like it had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The shower needed more of a shower curtain, as it let water get all over the floor. Our beds were comfortable, We were given a choice of floor 2 or 4 when we checked in, however we were not told that the 4th floor had been recently renovated while the 2nd had not. It would have made a difference. The hall ways were so warm and had head blowing, I am thinking to help dry the recently painted hall ways. we have stayed in Best Westerns before and usually enjoyed it, Staff was very nice, especially the gal working the breakfast buffet, She even brought my sister a bowl of oatmeal with a birthday candle in it!

We have stayed there several times and this was by far the worst! It was so run down. Won’t be staying there again!

“Never before has there been a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.” -Old Ben All the staff quit before and while we were there. It was not clean at all. There was a swarm of drunk people all over not being controlled whatsoever. I pity the staff in this situation, but I would have to advise against staying here.

This property is very misrepresented on your site. Upon arrival found a very out dated unkept hotel. When we checked in we were informed only one elevator worked. Left for dinner and came back to no elevators working and were staying on fourth floor. I canceled the remainder of my nights and booked elsewhere. Almost the entire staff walked out this weekend due to working conditions and we heard about it did not see a single guest happy with the hotel

Well checking in was really good and easy. The woman who checked me in was really nice and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. But the main elevator was out of service, the hot tub was out of service, the pool was kinda green color, I was a part of a wedding party who all stayed there. Saturday morning I found out that 95% of the staff quit Friday night. We had no maid service, hardly any one at the front desk sat afternoon/evening. The secondary elevator went out of service when we got back from the wedding reception. But most of all not only few of the wedding party kept getting new keys over and over because the keys kept not working, took hrs to get rooms ready for some of the wedding party... but the bride and the groom had separated rooms Friday night and they were supposed to have their honeymoon suite ready when they got back from the wedding reception which was 11:30pm and they finally was able to get their room at 3:30am. There were couple staff members trying to do everything... cleaning the rooms, trying to check people in etc. I was in that hotel many yrs before multiple times and had great service. We also found out that the owner of the hotel is from California and just hired a new management company to run the hotel...obviously it didn’t work out in the Owner’s favor. I was on the 4th floor and which I had tons of stuff to bring down to my vehicle. Had to make 3 trips. Was never in a hotel that had so many problems at once plus no staff.

There was no staff around anywhere. Pool wasn’t locked or no lights at night. No food for breakfast. No towels for showers. Locked out of my room for hours.
