Welcome to our Airbnb listing in La Paz! Please be informed that our house comes with a water supply of 6,000 liters, typically replenished by the city every 2 to 5 days. Unfortunately, I have no control over the city`s schedule. In the rare event that you run out of water before the next refill or in between, calling for an additional water delivery incurs a cost of 2,000 pesos. Thank you for your understanding, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Please do not fill or top up the pool during your stay.
La Paz has limited water supply, and water is only delivered by the city every few days. Excessive use (such as filling the pool) can cause the property to run out of water completely, leaving no water for showers, toilets, or cleaning.

Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved dogs, but unfortunately we do not allow cats due to allergy concerns and past property damage.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and must not roam freely on the property — please keep them leashed and take them off-site for bathroom needs.

No parties or events. Failure to comply with this will result in the cancelation of your reservation.
