The Space:
This lovely 70 sqm | 753 sq ft. townhouse is one of six brand new townhomes in Guaycuras, near La Paz Bay and downtown, and is in a fantastic location to get the best local experience. You’ll be situated near restaurants, markets, shopping, golf and more. Plus this townhome complex has its own gorgeous pool with sun loungers and outdoor dining tables, only shared between the 6 units! It’s the perfect place to stay and to make fun new memories in La Paz!

The main spaces of the townhouse:
- An open living area with comfy sectional sofa that also opens to a sofa bed for one sleep space and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing moments at home between sightseeing.
- The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and it is fully-equipped to whip up any meal at home with a gas stove top, a microwave and important extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee kickstart!
- There’s a breakfast bar area at the kitchen counter with 3 cushy bar stools to enjoy meals at home or quick coffee on the go.
- This beautiful townhome has 1 bedroom & 2 full bathrooms to accommodate 3 guests as such:
BEDROOM: 1 Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, upstairs (has direct access to the roof)
LIVING ROOM: 1 Sofa bed that uses the common area full bathroom in the home,downstairs
- A large private rooftop terrace with amazing beach. (The rooftop Jacuzzi is out of order at the moment. We'll update when it's functioning again.) here’s a covered dining table and chairs there too, you can come up and sip your morning coffee, breathe in the fresh air and dine al fresco!
- A washer and dryer and iron in the home for added convenience.
- 1 free designated parking space behind a controlled electric gate.

And at the Townhouses at Guaycura, there’s a common pool to enjoy, only between the 6 units in the complex! There are sun loungers and table and chairs seating too.

Getting Around:
The townhouse is about 6 miles | 9.5 km or a 15-min drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and a it’s a 2.5 hour drive or 120 miles | 193 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
-Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
-Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
-Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
-If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load

We appreciate your support and understanding & must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it is necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

Per the HOA bylaws noise of any kind is forbidden after 9 pm and no pets allowed on the property.

The jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace is NOT working at the moment. We'll update it here when it's functioning again.

Guests must climb stairs to reach the bedroom and access the rooftop. There’s a strong iron staircase to the roof. Just please be careful going up and down. Once up there, the view is totally worth it.

Wi-Fi, SmartTV, bed linens, bath towels and some basic essentials are provided complimentary during your stay.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels.
Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check-in in cash.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

Please note that we're not in control of the pool and common area cleanliness, that is the responsibility of the property's HOA (Homeowners' Association).

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- $500.00MXN for repeatedly hanging clothes or objects on the railings and failing to comply with the rules of the common areas after being informed by the company for over 1 hour.
- $750.00MXN for leaving gates open for more than 15 minutes after being informed by a company member. This fine must be paid in cash or through a transfer during the current month of the observation.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, with exclusive access to the house and private roof terrace, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message here.

Townhouse in La Posada neighborhood
This is a well-appointed new townhome. It is just off La Posada beach. It is just under a two-mile walk to Central La Paz but the walk is very straightforward. Grocery shopping and restaurants are about a half to three-quarter mile walk. The rooftop deck was great for sunsets and even sunrise if up early. Built in furnishings are nice and the showers are top notch.

Fabulous Townhouse
My husband and I enjoyed our 3 week stay. We loved the clean, comfortable accommodations with well equipped kitchen. The rooftop patio and jacuzzi were fabulous as was the close proximity to beach and town. Our one complaint was receiving access codes to the townhouse an hour before check in. Upon landing at SJD our cell phones did not work and we couldn’t access the email with this crucial information. We managed to borrow a phone to get our emails. Happy ending!
