The Space:

Casa Los Bittos features a functional and welcoming layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The home includes three bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, providing privacy and space for families or small groups.



Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and two additional bedrooms with comfortable beds suitable for up to six guests. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room, and outdoor spaces to enjoy the La Paz climate.



Air conditioning is available throughout the home. Guests are kindly asked not to set thermostats below 68°F (20°C) and to keep doors and windows closed while AC is in use.



Housekeeping service is available upon request at an additional cost.

Golf Cart:

A golf cart is included for use within Puerta Cortés only. Adults +18 with valid driver’s license, signed liability waiver, and refundable security deposit are required. Golf carts may not be used on public roads or outside the resort.



All amenities operate under resort rules, schedules, and availability, which are managed by the resort administration and may change without prior notice.



IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE (Updated: July 21, 2026)

Please note that effective July 21, 2026, Puerta Cortés has implemented a new policy for vacation rental guests wishing to access Puerto Beach Club and the Hotel Indigo pool.

Access is subject to the following minimum food & beverage consumption:



-Adults: MXN $800 per person

-Children accompanied by an adult: No minimum consumption

-Teenagers visiting without an accompanying adult: MXN $500 per person



This policy is established and managed exclusively by Puerta Cortés and is subject to change without prior notice. Nautilus Properties does not determine or control these requirements. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that access conditions to third-party amenities may change during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

Puerta Cortés is a private coastal resort community set along the Sea of Cortez, known for its balance of tranquility, wellness, and outdoor adventure. The area combines marina living, golf, dining, and beach access in a secure and well-maintained environment.



Guests enjoy proximity to La Paz’s most iconic beaches such as Balandra and Tecolote, while remaining just minutes from downtown La Paz and the Malecón.



Getting Around:

La Paz International Airport (LAP): approximately 20–25 minutes by car



Downtown La Paz & Malecón: approximately 10–15 minutes



Balandra and Tecolote beaches: approximately 25 minutes



Within the resort, guests can move comfortably on foot or by using the provided golf cart. Taxis, ride-hailing services, and private transportation are available, and our team can assist with airport transfers or private drivers upon request.



IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The villa includes one golf cart with seating for up to 4 passengers.

If you would like to rent an additional golf cart for added convenience and easier transportation around the resort for your group, please let us know in advance so we can check availability and coordinate the reservation.

Please note that an additional golf cart is available at an extra cost and is subject to availability at the time of request.

Upon arrival, guests will be asked to sign a golf cart liability waiver and leave a refundable security deposit. The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided the golf cart is returned in the same condition in which it was received.



Other Things to Note:

Casa Los Bittos is located within an active resort community. Guests may occasionally notice ambient sounds such as golf carts, soft music, maintenance activity, or ongoing construction related to resort development. These conditions are part of the natural evolution of Puerta Cortés and are beyond our control.



Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Events, parties, or additional visitors are not permitted without prior authorization.



Resort amenities, including beach clubs and common areas, operate under resort policies and availability.



Housekeeping, grocery pre-stocking, transportation, tours, and concierge services are available upon request at an additional cost.

This quick registration helps us have everything ready for your check-in and ensures a smooth arrival experience. As part of the process, you'll also be asked to either place a security deposit hold or choose the damage protection insurance option. Please rest assured that this is a completely secure process, and any information you provide is used solely for your reservation and registration.
