With a spacious and modern bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious and beautiful living-dining room, which has a comfortable sofa, a 50’ TV and a reading corner.

It has access to the terraces of the house, where you can prepare a delicious lunch, relax and enjoy the atmosphere of the place. It also has Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking, portable heater and private parking, for greater comfort.
