The Secret Garden Guest Suite Studio – A great place to relax in your own private space located in a quiet neighborhood, nature life setting with sunset views & close to San Diego’s best attractions!

The space
This newly renovated 400 sq ft guest suite has its private entrance and parking separate from the main home on the property. Guests will enjoy the new sparkling studio with bathroom & kitchen stocked with toiletries, plenty of towels, fridge, stove, and microwave. A super cozy living dining space with a 50” Smart TV.

Sleeping: The queen bed fits two adults easily, and we also offer a full sized air mattress upon request.

TV: The Smart TV has access to streaming apps including Netflix, Hulu, etc.

WiFi: Cox High Speed Internet

Laundry: Shared Washer & Dryer available upon request.

Parking: The parking space available for Airbnb guests can fit up to two vehicles.

Pet Policy: 1-2 Pets under 50lbs are welcome with a $30 pet host/clean fee for 1-3 night reservations & $50 pet host/clean fee for 4-10 night reservations will be applied. (breed restrictions apply).

While we are have always been generally clean people, we have created additional gaps between bookings to allow time for even more robust cleaning practices. If you have any questions regarding our cleaning practices please feel free to reach out.
Guest access
You have full access to the guest suite and its amenities. This includes the patio and parking for 1-2 vehicles in designated parking spot.
Other things to note
The guest suite is attached to the main house garage. We have made efforts to soundproof the space, and are of course observant of quiet hours, but some noise may be expected.

We are dog-friendly and have dogs of our own. While not the barkiest of dogs, there will occasionally be dog sounds on the property. Our dogs are kept inside the home with access to our fenced yard and will be completely separate from the guest suite and private patio.

Your dog is welcomed in our home as long as the house rules are followed. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the space unless they have a crate and are crate trained. Dog bowls, waste bags, and leash can be provided at no additional charge; please just let me know you need them and I will be happy to provide them for you! Please be aware that any damages that result from chewing, urination, or other types of destructive behavior will be met with a fee to replace the item.

We are adhering to Airbnb's cleaning protocols during COVID. A full description of our cleaning practices can be found in the house manual upon your arrival however if you have any questions regarding our cleaning practices before booking feel free to ask.
