Please note that while you have a private backyard, the parking area is shared with other units. We ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and other guests on the property.
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.

3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5) Take shoes off before entering the property.

6) Pets are permitted in the house. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture.

7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.

8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout (unless previously approved in writing from Nomad).
