„Very poorly maintained we arrived 2 hours after check in time and room was partially ready no towels, shampoo or soap. No staff around to help, all curtains have mold, bathrooms not clean. The property is beauriful but needs upgrade, proper maintenance. In the pictures they show stove therefore the villas have no stoves. “

„The hotel is for one night ok when you are on transfer. A Walmart it’s very close to the hotel. There are also typical restaurants and street food arround. AC worked perfect. It is very hot in the property. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The local Bus Station is across the street, Cristina Transporte it’s a walk of 10 minutes. “

„Me encantó la estadía en el resort pero con respecto a la comida siento en mi opinión que ha desmejorado Yo he estado varias ocasiones ahí y me ha encantado todo pero en esta ocasión la comida no me gustó “

„This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly. I feel better signage would help get you their resort. Till next time Jilamito!!“
