Perched high on a lush hillside with uninterrupted views of the ocean, jungle, and mountains, Angels’ Haven · The Loft is a newly constructed two bedroom sanctuary designed by a world traveler for travelers who value beauty, intention, and unforgettable views. Set in a peaceful residential neighborhood and just a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach, this is a place where nature, design, and calm coexist effortlessly.
From the moment you arrive, your nervous system knows it has arrived somewhere special.
Designed around the view
The Loft was created to honor what surrounds it. An open concept minimalist design with wall to wall retractable windows allows the entire space to open completely, dissolving the boundary between inside and out. Light moves through the home all day. Breezes carry the sounds of the jungle. Every angle was designed to draw your eyes toward the horizon.
The experience
As you enter the property, an outdoor shower welcomes you into a slower rhythm. The infinity pool, fountain, lounge seating, and outdoor kitchen invite long afternoons and golden hour evenings. These shared spaces are only used if the rooftop palapa is occupied.
Inside, the fully equipped modern kitchen features sleek appliances and a stunning ceramic topped bar, ideal for leisurely breakfasts or sunset drinks. Stretch out in the tipi for a siesta, or sink into the sunken sofa in the living area, which overlooks the ocean and opens completely to the pool and lounge space.
The bathroom feels like a private spa. Soak in the tub or enjoy a refreshing shower while watching the sky change colors as the sun sets. Every detail was chosen to feel calm, refined, and indulgent.
Upstairs retreat
A graceful spiral staircase leads to the loft bedroom, where the views become truly breathtaking. Rest on a queen sized parota platform bed while stargazing at night or wake to the glow of the La Manzanilla sunrise and the gentle sounds of the jungle. Blackout curtains are available if you prefer to sleep in.
Step outside onto your private balcony with recliner chairs, a table, and a hammock made for slow afternoons and quiet reflection.
At the top of the stairs, an arched entryway reveals a second modern bathroom with exquisite finishes and ocean views.
The Dharma Room
The second bedroom, known as the Dharma Room, is an eastern inspired sanctuary with a Japanese style full size bed, clean lines, and a distinctive round window. Glass doors open to a private balcony with two sitting hammocks where you can watch the waves meet the shore.
This room also has a private entrance via an exterior spiral staircase leading directly to the rooftop.
Guest access
Guests enjoy access to the first and second levels of the house, the patio, and the pool. The rooftop and laundry area are not accessible, as the laundry is used for storage. Daily housekeeping and laundry services can be arranged directly with the cleaning lady for an additional fee. Her contact information is provided in the house manual.
Good to know
The pool and outdoor areas are shared only if the rooftop palapa is rented. Street parking is easy, although the driveway is not available. The house has five bedrooms total and can be rented in its entirety to ensure complete privacy. The rooftop has a separate entrance.
Internet service can be intermittent at times. Water service in the village may occasionally pause during summer months, which is outside of host control. The house has an additional water supply if needed. Air conditioning is available on the first and second floors, with one unit per bedroom and one for the ground floor. Please keep doors closed when air conditioning is in use.
