This villa features a beautiful flat plot with a private pool (4 x 8 m, secured with an alarm) and a view over the hills of the Domaine de Valcros.
For your safety, the property is fully fenced and secured by a gate.
Parking for two vehicles is available inside the property. The villa is entirely on one level.

Inside, a living / dining room with a veranda opens onto a terrace and the garden.
A fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.).
A separate WC.

In the sleeping area, a first double bedroom with private shower room and WC (bed 120 x 190 cm).
A second bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm).
A third bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.

For your comfort: Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, dishwasher, gas barbecue, sun loungers, pool, garden.

To be paid on site: Security deposit €1,600 (credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €160.
