Cocoonr agency offers this charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in La Londe-les-Maures, 300 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It sleeps up to 2 people.

Located on the ground floor, the studio is laid out as follows:
- A 22 m² living area with a TV, dining area and a sleeping area with a double sofa bed
- A kitchenette including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, a toaster, hobs…
- A bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet

Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, iron.

Outdoors:
- A secure, shared 4x10 m swimming pool (two pools). This is unheated. It is open from April to the end of October, weather permitting.
- A balcony of approximately 5 m², facing south-east and furnished so you can enjoy sunny days

The studio is ideally located in La Londe-les-Maures, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. Free parking is also available.

- Nearest train station and airport: Hyères, about 13 km away.
