This fully air-conditioned villa features a spacious and bright living room with exposed beams and large bay windows opening onto the outdoor areas, a dining space, and a fully equipped modern kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, etc.).

The entire living area opens onto a large furnished terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding hills.

The villa also benefits from a dedicated TV lounge with a desk facing the sea, ideal for relaxing moments or remote working in an exceptional setting, as well as a fully equipped private gym.

The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, tastefully decorated in a contemporary and elegant style. The master suite, located on the ground floor, features a 160x200 cm double bed, a walk-in dressing room and an adjoining shower room.

Upstairs, the first bedroom offers a 160x200 cm double bed with an independent bathroom located next door, while the second bedroom features a 140x200 cm double bed. A third shower room is also available nearby.

The layout of the villa also allows comfortable single-level living.

Outside, enjoy a magnificent lagoon-style swimming pool with massage jets, perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings and offering stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Var hills. Several lounge and dining areas invite you to share memorable moments in a privileged setting.
