Nest Beach House – Your New Private Beachfront Getaway in Playa San Diego

Located in the exclusive Playa San Diego, we are about 30 minutes from the International Airport and 35 minutes from the capital city, San Salvador. Tunco Beach is 20 minutes away, and the lively town of La Libertad is just 10 minutes from the property. Explore local shops, markets, and the Puerto La Libertad port (Malecón), famous for its fresh seafood market and weekend events at Sunset Park.

Please note: the house does not have running hot water. However, due to the region’s warm climate year-round, the water comes out at a comfortable temperature.

Pricing & Guests:

- Base price is for 10 guests.
- We can host up to 24 guests.
- Additional guests after 10 are $15 per night, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
Check-in and check-out times are fixed for logistical reasons and cannot be modified.
We have guests arriving before and after your stay.

- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, and utensils)
- BBQ grill available for outdoor cooking
- TV in kitchen with Netflix and other apps
- Pool with jacuzzi overlooking the ocean
- Gazebo and 4 hammocks by the pool for relaxation

- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen + 1 Full, private bathroom, air-conditioning
- Bedroom 2: 2 Full beds, private bathroom, air-conditioning
- Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds, private bathroom, air-conditioning
- Bedroom 4 (Master): 1 Queen + 1 Full, private bathroom, air-conditioning

Air Conditioning Reminder: To help maintain the property in optimal condition, please turn off the air conditioning whenever you will be away from the property for an extended period during your stay.

Wildlife Notice:
Birds, geckos, and other animals may be present on the property. As this is a natural setting, these animals are beyond our control.

Hot Water:
The property does not offer hot water. Please plan accordingly.

Pool & Jacuzzi Rules

Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Both are open 24/7 except during cleaning and disinfection.

Extra Guests

We are happy to accommodate extra guests:

- Daytime visitors: $10 per person
- Overnight guests: $15 per person

Additional Information

- No pets allowed
- Towels: Based on past experiences, we no longer provide towels. Guests must bring their own.
- Kitchen Use: Guests must clean dishes and leave the kitchen tidy.
- Smoking: Only allowed in outdoor/open areas. Violations incur a $500 fine.
- Small Gatherings: Allowed; music must be kept at a respectful level.
- Large Parties: Must be approved in advance by the host.
- Pool Rules: Shower before entering, no glass allowed, loud music is prohibited unless approved.
- Grass Areas: Please do not play ball or sports on the lawn to maintain safety and comfort for all guests.

A solo 30 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional y 35 minutos de San Salvador. Tunco Beach está a 20 minutos y La Libertad a 10 minutos, con mercados, tiendas y el puerto de Puerto La Libertad, famoso por su mercado de mariscos y eventos los fines de semana en Sunset Park.

Nota: la casa no cuenta con agua caliente, pero el clima cálido de la región mantiene el agua a una temperatura agradable.
