Property management was attentive
I recently stayed at this rental property, and while the customer service was excellent, there were some significant issues with the house itself that I feel need to be addressed. The hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. They were quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was clear they genuinely cared about providing a good experience for their guests.However, there was noticeable water damage in several areas, particularly around the walls and ceilings in the kitchen corner. This issue caused the house to have a strong musty odor throughout, which gave the entire space an unpleasant, moldy smell. The damage seemed like it had been there for quite some time, and it was clear that it hadn't been properly addressed. Unfortunately, the smell was strong enough to make it uncomfortable to fully enjoy the space on the main level.While I appreciate the great customer service and the overall layout of the house, the water damage and moldy smell were major drawbacks that really affected my experience. I hope the property owners take the necessary steps to repair the damage and resolve the issue, as this could be a fantastic rental with a little attention to upkeep.
