This is a unique and historic property with lots of charm! The home is spacious with lots of areas to relax and take in the views, enjoy conversation or read a book. You'll enter through the gate on the street level and climb 2 sets of stairs to reach the upper-level unit. Enter into the main dining and living room which has a large dining table, a large L shaped couch, TV and huge, picturesque windows showcasing the stunning view of the La Jolla Cove. On one side of the main room, you'll find the spacious kitchen with a small bar and stools. On the other side of the living room is the enclosed sunroom, the perfect spot to have your morning coffee or take in the sunset. There are 2 small steps to climb from the dining room to the living room. Master bed and bath are right off the living room and sunroom and the other 2 bedrooms and bath are just off the kitchen/dining area. Laundry room is just outside the kitchen off the patio, which wraps around to the rest of the patio area that includes a BBQ and large patio table, plus a comfortable seating area to enjoy the fire pit. Everything is cozy and comfortable; you should have everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay after a long day exploring the village and cove.

Located on a hill for prime views of the Pacific Ocean, the property is securely gated. Front door entrance with lockbox access, code sent in check-in instructions. This is the main unit of a 5-unit property, you will have access to the whole unit plus the enclosed patio with fire pit as well as the detached garage. After entering the front gate at street level, you will need to climb 2 sets of stairs to enter the front door.

This home is in a very special and unique location, La Jolla is truly gorgeous. With that said, the cove, ocean cliffs, and the children's pool and its many sea lions attract quite a lot of tourists throughout the year. Our unit provides one small garage to park in, and parking in close proximity can be challenging during the peak of the season months or holidays. This is a wonderful home to stay in if you have a small vehicle or choose to stay without a car and Uber/lyft instead. There are many amazing restaurants, shops, and attractions to visit within walking distance. Our property is located on a somewhat steep hill, and there are several sets of stairs outside and inside the unit. There are 2 stairs leading from the dining room to the living room, which create a small ledge that may not be ideal for small children. Please see photos and take into consideration when booking.
