Enter the home into the stunning living room and be transported into paradise. The gorgeous artwork, décor, and chandelier paired with high ceilings and a large sectional couch make this the perfect spot to relax or entertain guests. Travel through the open concept downstairs into the dining room with a large wood dining table with comfortable seating for six. The state of the art kitchen is truly breathtaking with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and new white cabinetry. The large kitchen island has two sinks, plenty of counterspace, and breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to feel like a world class chef while cooking a gourmet meal for the family.
The secondary living room is a perfect separate space for kids to be entertained with tons of seating and large flatscreen TV made for movie nights. The homes large laundry room will help you feel at home during an extended stay with tons of counterspace and a washer/dryer to clean up after a long day at the beach.

The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with a double/single bunkbed, bean bag, and plenty of closet space. The final bedroom can double as an office with a comfortable single day bed, desk, large windows bringing in natural light, and its own attached bathroom.
Working remote during your stay is easy in the secluded downstairs office space with fast WIFI. Complete with a beautiful wood desk, couch, and glass doors opening up to the backyard, the office is an ideal tranquil space to stay connected. The home also comes equipped with a workout area stocked with everything you need to stay fit during your stay.

Parking will be a breeze during your stay with the two car garage and additional 3 parking spaces on the property. Plenty of free street parking is also available in the surrounding neighborhood.
The home’s prime location make exploring the surrounding area easy. Enjoy the shops and restaurants of downtown La Jolla. Take the complimentary beach towels and chairs down to Windansea or Marine Street Beach. Go for a ride along the La Jolla bike path and check out La Jolla’s iconic tide pools and cove. If you choose to drive, nearby freeway access allows an easy commute to one of San Deigo’s many attractions like Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District, Padres Stadium, and Pacific Beach.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the heart of La Jolla in between Downtown LJ and Bird Rock. The beach, super markets, restaurants and a comedy club are all within a 5 min walk! Safe, Family oriented neighbor consisting of primarily single family homes.
Getting Around:
There is a two car garage in the back of the house with more private parking for three cars. Additionally there is plenty of street parking around.

Please note: Government issued ID and booking credit card must be presented before check in. No pets and no smoking allowed. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding noise that disturbs neighbors, over occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking.
