- This home is situated beneath another unit, so occasional noise from guests staying above may be heard during your stay.

- Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please provide information such as Breed, size and age of the pet. Owner will confirm if allowed and what the fee will be.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
