The Space:

Designed for families and groups, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features a king bed, a pull-out double bed stored underneath, and its own en-suite bathroom—giving everyone extra privacy and flexible sleeping arrangements while keeping the common areas open for gathering and relaxing.



Enjoy your own private pool on the main level for easygoing days at home, or head upstairs to the rooftop for a second private pool, BBQ area, and ocean and mountain views. It’s a great place to gather after a day out, share dinner, cool off in the pool, and enjoy the scenery from above. Please note that the ocean and mountain views are from the rooftop area.



The villa includes A/C throughout, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and uncovered parking for up to three vehicles. Access to the second floor and rooftop is by stairs. Guests also have access to the Tamarán Beach Club under the applicable access conditions, adding another option for enjoying a day by the water.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire villa, including all four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, main-level pool, rooftop pool, rooftop BBQ area, and laundry facilities. Uncovered parking for up to three vehicles is available directly at the property.



Tamaran Beach Club Access

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

The Neighborhood:

Set in Tamarán in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, the villa offers a relaxed home base in one of Riviera Nayarit’s charming coastal communities. La Cruz blends the character of a traditional fishing village with a lively marina, local restaurants, fresh seafood, and laid-back beaches. Explore the marina, visit the local markets, or spend the day by the water before returning to the privacy of your villa and rooftop.



Getting Around:

Having a car is recommended for exploring La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and the surrounding Riviera Nayarit area at your own pace. The villa includes uncovered parking for up to 3 vehicles directly at the property.



Taxis and ride services are another convenient option for getting around the area. From Tamarán, guests can easily explore La Cruz, Bucerías, nearby beaches, restaurants, and other destinations around Banderas Bay without needing to stay in the busier tourist areas.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the villa accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. Each of the four bedrooms includes one king bed and one double bed pull-out bed stored underneath the main bed.



The villa has multiple levels, and access to the second floor and rooftop is by stairs. There is no elevator, so this may be important to consider for guests with limited mobility. Ocean and mountain views are enjoyed from the rooftop rather than from the bedrooms.



Tamarán Beach Club access is included for up to 8 adults. Children under 3 enter free, while children over 3 are counted as adults. Additional access is currently $500 MXN per person, per day, including a $250 MXN food and beverage credit.



The Tamarán Beach Club is operated by a third party and is not managed by Beach Please. Club rules, operating hours, amenities, availability, access conditions, food and beverage credits, and pricing are determined by the Beach Club and may change without prior notice.
