„This was our first time renting a house. This property was phenomenal! It was clean, spacious, and had everyone's needs covered. There was plenty to do for all ages from the water to the game room. We had an absolute blast! Mercedes is wonderful! She reached out to make sure everything was good to go. She also made herself available for any crazy or random questions I had. So many memories were made this weekend, looking forward to coming back! “

„Jared has an absolutely beautiful place!. The 95 degree temps had all of us heading for the pool, from the 8 month old baby to the 60 year old Grandfolks. Like the house, it was clean and in great shape. Plenty of pool toys provided. The kitchen was well equipped, clean and functional. The beds were comfortable and peaceful. „Even though the weather wasn’t great during our stay, the home was perfect! Tied our 20’ boat up to the dock, great water access to fish, and the screened porch allowed us to still be outside regardless of the heavy thunderstorms during our stay. „We had a wonderful time. The communication was flawless with the renter and the location was excellent. We loved the kayaks, paddle boards, huge floating platform to jump on and the dock was great! „We really enjoyed our time at Jeff's property - he let us check in three hours early and was a very accommodating host. There were tons of games, toys, inflatables, life jackets, and everything that you need for younger children to enjoy the house and the lake. We loved the kayaks, the double grills (blackstone and gas), and the kitchen is very spacious, which helps when you have 12 people in the house and are trying to prep meals. We would stay again! “
