„We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares“

„This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. „this was such a lovely flat - would the weather had been kinder to us so we could eat on one of the terraces - next time! Alberto is a hugely responsive host - replies immediately to any message - and has furnished the flat thoughtfully and attractively. „The apartment was well outfitted for however long you need to stay. We didn’t use all the appliances, but it had a washer and dryer, fridge, oven, etc. We stayed for 2 nights and it was clean and comfortable and easy to check-in. Communication was good, and it was a great location in Old Town Modena close to lots of restaurants and a 20 min walk from the train. Our only complaint is that the water pressure in the bathroom (shower and sink) is very very low.“

„This was an exceptional place to stay for 6 nights. I definitely recommend Simona, our host. She made our stay very comfortable.
