Access to the residence via an exterior staircase of 28 steps. Beautiful view of the village, mountains, and ski slopes. Quiet location. Shuttles 150 m away.
KITCHEN AREA equipped: sink, 2 electric hotplates, electric oven, fridge, filter coffee maker, raclette appliance, elements with all necessary kitchen items,
BATHROOM: bathtub, sink, toilet.
LIVING ROOM: (PVC floor) 2 sofa beds for 2 persons (140), television, bay window overlooking a south-facing balcony with garden furniture, dining area, bar corner, wardrobe closet
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
