„This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional.“

„Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastleute sind außerordentlich freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhäuschens ist zweckmäßig. Großes Plus: Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft schön, mir wunderbarem Pool und wirklich spektakulärem Blick auf die typische toskanische Landschaft. Einzig kleiner Wermutstropfen: Unser Häuschen lag direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse und es war recht laut.“

„Wunderbares Anwesen inmitten von Olivenhainen. In den Hügeln oberhalb Pistoias sehr ruhig gelegen, was bei Sommerhitze angenehmer ist. Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Personen, tadellos gepflegt, alle Einrichtungen funktionieren einwandfrei. Schönes Bad mit ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum Abstellen und Aufhängen. Schöne kräftige Dusche. „What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation.
