We would highlight that the house has a spacious and pleasant outdoor space to enjoy the summer with the family. The interior is very well equipped and cared for, nothing is missing.

The closest beach is Riells beach, about 11 minutes on foot (900m). Riells is the most touristic area in summer and has variety of activities, restaurants, and shops. On the Promenade they do a weekly market every sunday through out the year.

The house is on one level, with a large outdoor space around the perimeter of the house, it has a terrace in front and behind the house. Upstairs there is a more intimate solarium.

Maximum capacity: 6 people: ideal 4 adults + 2 children

Distribution:Living room: equipped with TV, table and chairs, and has a more intimate corner with a sofa bed (click-clack type 140cm). Air conditioning in the living room.
Kitchen: equipped with everything you need for your use: ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kitchen utensils. In the storage room it has a fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer, from which it gives access to the entrance terrace.
Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: a double room with a 135cm bed.

Bedroom 2: two single bed 90cm.

There is a sofa bed in the living room (click-clack type)
Bathroom: (toilet and sink) and a complete bathroom (toilet, toilet, and shower).
Exterior entrance: can be used both as a terrace and to park 1 car. It is also possible to leave the car outside at the entrance of the house.
It is a quiet area, dead end street and residential.

Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
