A single-storey house of 55m2, with private pool, garden, terrace with barbecue (removable), and with a maximum capacity for 4/5 people.

It is located in a residential area, very quiet. About 12 min from the Riells beach, one of the main beaches ideal for children due to its shallow depth, and where you will find the leisure area with a long promenade with bars, restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors ...

The private pool is shallow dimensions of 2.50 x 7.50 - Depth of 45 cm at 1m50 - Without protection system for children.
* Pool open in summer season, normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility).


The outside terrace is equipped with table and chairs and a barbecue.

Living room: you go down a few steps, with a fireplace, 2 sofas ( 1 is a clic-clack for one person), TV foreign channels (it does not have Spanish channels).

Bedroom 1: 140cm bed.
Bedroom 2: 135cm bed.
Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: shower + toilet + sink.
Bathroom 2: sink and separate WC shower.
Parking: inside the enclosure of the house, at the same access entrance from the street.

TV: National channels (it does not have all the National channels), it does have French channels.
