In our 3 days of stay here our room never got cleaned, neither our towels were changed even though the signs were put outside our room and requested service from reception. We travelled with our 1 y/o so we dealt with diaper & food smell X 3 days. Its no big deal actually, but what totally upset me was when we did our laundry. They only have 3 machines so there was queueing for laundry. I woke up at 5:30 am to make sure no one was there and sure enough I was the only one doing laundry. You can monitor your laundry progress via the TV. When it was about time to pick up our laundry, around 730, I didnt go until about 8 mins after, so 7:38, (I was waiting for husband to get back to our room so he can watch our toddler). When I got to the laundry room someone has already started a new cycle to the machine I used. You cant open the machine until you put the 4 digit codes you set prior to starting your laundry, so I was purely thinking someone mistakenly started a new cycle for our laundry because in my head, Im the only who knows my code. I went to the reception to report it and I was told they can only stop the machine but not able to get our clothes out until drying is finished, which is in another 2 hours. Long story short, the staff took actually out our clothes because another guest reported that my laundry has been sitting in the dryer for >15 mins.Which is not true.It is very upsetting, our laundry has been sitting in the reception the time I went and told nothing about it
