Completely Seperate Garage Apartment!

This space is a beautiful 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom. The apartment sits above our family’s 3 car detached garage. There is 1 or 2 (if needed) open parking spots in our alley driveway just behind the garage apartment. The main house and the garage apartment share a backyard breezeway.

Enjoyed my stay in your cute home. The only complaint I really have is the smell of gasoline coming up through the floor during the night with the apartment over the garage. Woke up about 3am and could smell the gasoline.

Lovely suite but furnishings fall short

This is a very clean, quiet, well-equipped suite that is terrific when visiting friends or family in Kyle's Plum Creek area. However, this suite sleeps 2 adults, not 4. You do not want to have to sleep or even sit on the very lumpy, overdue-for-replacement living room sofa bed: uncomfortable and too short for an adult; too low for a comfortable seat. Minor points: we found the bed wobbly and the mattress very soft, and the "dining table" is a small swivel bar table with 2 backless swivel bar stools. Note that the pool is a community facility that opens in late April.

Great Experience

The property was amazing, private, clean. Communication with property manager was amazing! I was lost (because I put the address in my GPS incorrectly and it was late. I called and they helped me get in so quickly. I was so grateful! I'm 60 and have trouble seeing in the dark, so it was VERY helpful!

Cute/Fun Stay

My spouse and I just stayed one night, but it was great. Check in process was easy. Very detailed instructions. The neighborhood was really cool and neat. Felt like very old school, traditional America, Leave It To Beaver style. Every single house has a white picket fence, and American flags in the front yard by the mailboxes. Might want to eventually move here! 😁 Never once had to communicate with the owners. The place is separate from the house. In the dog heat of summer you can expect a space above a garage to be hot. But the AC works and after a bit it’s comfortable. Lay on the bed under the fan and it’ll cool down quicker. Everything was clean. Fun artwork inside. 2 TVs which was convenient. I’d say the futon in the main area could be updated, it was kinda hard and the spring feel like they poke you in the butt. But we didn’t need to use it so no issues. But if you had a guest intended to sleep on it I’d think it might be an issue. Overall really enjoyed the place. If we ever need another overnight stop in Kyle/Buda we’ll stay again.

Very cozy and welcoming! All amenities were available and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is modern and clean. The beverages in the refrigerator are an added bonus! The sofa/futon is the only complaint, the springs are shot.

Great Stay

Apartment is built above a garage. Once inside, it feels like you’re in you’re own cute home. The apartment is perfect for a couple. There is a private bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry room with W/D. Great stay for a great price!

Perfect place in a great neighborhood!

I stayed here for a week with my infant twins and it couldn't be more perfect! Whether you're a couple or have small children who can camp out in the living room this place is perfect for a small family! Quiet and in a safe neighborhood this place is a gem! Never thought I'd find a place to stay in Kyle but if you're visiting this is a great private apartment worth checking out. Will definitely book again when I return to visit family!

A beautiful temporary home

My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay for a bit for a friend's wedding it was last minute and we were sure we would have to settle for a hotel. She found this spot and suggested it to me and I agreed we loved this little home we could come to after every night it was like a little safe haven for us. The owners did a wonderful job having the place clean and ready and anytime we needed to cook the needed utensils and cooking tools were there for us. We loved every second and loved having a place to spend time with each other.

Cute little place to stay

Nice and clean little apartment above the garage was a great accommodation for our family weekend getaway. A couple could easily enjoy an extended stay, but larger families are probably better suited to weekend stays. I would easily recommend staying here.

Nice apartment and area

The neighborhood was really cute. The parking was easy to find and the directions to get in were very clear. We stayed here for about a week and it had everything we needed. We ended up cooking a good bit because it had a full stove and refrigerator. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets.
