Enjoy a relaxing stay in this 50 m² terraced apartment with an additional 15 m² loft, set right by the shore of Lake Talvijärvi in West Ruka, Kuusamo. Built in 1990, this comfortable home accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for families. It offers a private electric sauna, an open living room and kitchen, and a porch/terrace, with groomed cross-country ski tracks starting right from the yard, the nearest ski lift only 200 m away, a grocery store 1 km away and Ruka Village Square with its restaurants 1.5 km from the door.

The apartment is distributed across the ground floor and a loft space.

Living room & Kitchen: The living room and kitchen share one open space. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and electric kettle. The living area offers a TV, a CD player and a radio. Ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided. Please note that the apartment does not have a fireplace.

Bedrooms & Loft: A large bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed accommodate up to 4 guests, and the loft provides additional space.

Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom area includes an indoor toilet, a shower, a washing machine, a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothes and a hairdryer. Directly connected is your own private electric sauna.

Outdoor area: Step outside onto the porch/terrace for fresh air by the lake. A shared hut (kota) with a hearth stands on the shoreline, and a rowboat is available during summer - please bring your own life vests. An unassigned parking space with a car heating plug is available in the yard, though not directly in front of the apartment; EV charging is not permitted.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
No shoes inside.
