„Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. Lucky there was one staff member (Andy, a very pleasant and jolly lad) who asked how was our meal and saved the day, otherwise none of the staff even cared.

„Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. Young was incredibly accommodating, especially since we had a diverse group with different schedules. Some skied all day while others headed out later in the day. He made sure everyone had breakfast, lift tickets, and transportation to the lifts. When part of our group was scheduled to depart early morning in the middle of a snow storm, he ensure the paths were shoveled and clear of snow. His hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable.“
