„Very nice Houseboat and well appointed. We loved the rooftop deck and ability to hear the music from Lulu’s across the ICW from the marina. One issue with unloading and loading the vehicle was the pretty long walk to the boat from parking. There’s a roadway right down to the dock but guests are unable to access that road. We stayed 1 night and it was a very nice stay just a couple procedures which are unique to the boating world!Thank you!“

„Due to bedroom AC not working, refrigerator not cold enough, wasp nest outside door, washer/dryer not in unit (listing updated since that laundry is outside on the dock), host instructed no toilet paper in toilet at check in, having to empty trash every time bathroom was used we opted to notify host and leave after 1 night. Requested a partial refund for 3 nights not there, was denied and told we shouldn't have much laundry and should not have brought our 5 yr old grand daughter. We live full ...
