„We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! “

„We stayed in a small 1 BD cottage. Although small, it had everything we needed. We loved the front porch with rocking chairs. The pool at the inn is exceptionally clean and the beach and boardwalk are within 5 minutes of walking. They even provided us with umbrella, chair and beach toys. Would stay again.“

„This was our second time staying at the Evan Cottage and it was yet again perfect for our little family of 4. It is the coziest little home away from home and we can’t recommend it enough! Listing is very accurate, and although we didn’t have to reach out to the owners beforehand or while there, we know it would’ve been easy to get ahold of them if needed. Overall, very pleased with our experience yet again!“

„The property was well represented online. The property was clean and welcoming. There were a few stray hairs in one of the bedrooms. Some hairs were short and some long. One of the throw pillows had a stain on it. The kitchen was well equipped. The welcome gift was very thoughtful. The location to the beach was great. You can hear the ocean if you walk to the corner. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly people around. The owner was easy to reach and accommodating. Overall, I would recommend ...

„The place is great for a small family vacation. You get what you pay for. Nothing super special or extravagant and we knew that going in. Very old school and simple, but perfect.Dorothy was very accommodating and cares about the quality of your stay. „We arrived and immediately felt at home. The property is very conveniently located near the Marsh Walk, beaches, State Parks, Brookgreen Gardens and pickleball at Midway Park.
