„Our party stayed in a penthouse family size unit, however our party was not comfortable with the sleeping accommodations. One of the rooms should’ve had 2 fulls or 2 doubles as what was reflected in the pictures when we booked it, however we were given 2 twin beds. There was 5 adults and 5 children ranging in age of (5-12 years old). Sleeping was very tight and uncomfortable that involved mixing adults and the kids on the beds depending on similar body sizes. „Host was very responsive and the Loft was clean and comfy. Could’ve used a tv in the smaller bedroom and the stay would’ve been perfect. “

„The room was perfect other than the ac. It would not stay very cool even after keeping the curtain closed. We ended up buying a couple of fans to help. Bring your own towels and wash clothes! We had 2 per person for 5 days. Hotel was wonderful and everyone very friendly. Other than that the room and trip was great! Would stay here again. “

„Clean place to stay with no frills. The balcony is the real appeal of this place, with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient. The owner was very communicative. Alex kept us updated along the way and was very kind. We would definitely stay again! The hotel itself was a little run down so I would definitely recommend staying with this owner over booking through the hotel. “

„Our visit to Charleston was amazing and we had a wonderful time. Our hosts Paul and Anna were the absolute best and I highly recommend them. If we ever make it back to Charleston we will be staying here again. I wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was decorated so cute and the beds were extremely comfortable. „The Iris was exactly what I needed, except maybe the car carousel. Technically, my vehicle fits on the SUV carousel, but not really. That was frustrating, especially since I slightly damaged my door. User error. The location of The Iris is perfect. Just off the highway and a few blocks from the famous King Street. This is downtown/old town Charleston, so you might feel a little uneasy if you aren't familiar with being downtown in a city. However, The Iris has its own tall gate system that ...

"Wer es laut mag, Willkommen. Auf den Fahrstuhl wartet man ewig, Treppenhaus zum Café verschlossen das man so gut wie nicht rein kommt, Betten unter dem lagen mit Plastik versehen, somit Luftblase beim hinlegen, Sauberkeit des Zimmer ging so, aber in der Küche würde ich nichts zubereiten. Dann zum Abschluss beim Check out und Auto aus dem Hotel Parkhaus holen, gesehen das hier im Parkhaus versucht wurde das Auto aufzubrechen. Streich Scheiben zerstört, Hotel hat zwar Polizei gerufen für uns aber mehr auch nicht. Kein Sorry etc. Hier schlechteste Erfahrung, dass erste und letzte Mal."
