„This home was exactly as listed. The owner did not forget a single thing to make our stay just perfect. The extra touches of having basic staples provided (coffee, laundry detergent etc.) was much appreciated. We even got a welcome gift! The backyard was serine and lovely. Home was just wonderful. We are planning to stay again when in the area. All we had hoped for!“

„Just an overnight stay to show a friend we love her and she has a tribe of women to stand by her‼Just want to thank this great hostnot only did she take a special request for flowers but she even asked me about flea and tick prevention for pets that were coming ‼This shows me that this host also takes AMAZING care to prevent YOUR PET from picking up unwanted pets‼KUDOS TO AN AMAZING HOST. I have never been asked that and as a surgical vet tech of 27 years , I commend this‼10/10 recommend “

„Close to beach, restaurants and golf courses. Very quiet for being part of a house. For a short stop 4 days this was great. We golfed, ate late lunch and crashed. Adam was very responsive when I inadvertently overloaded a circuit. “

„We were in Jacksonville for a week of appointments and procedures at the Mayo Clinic. The property is about 5 miles away from the clinic, and easy to get to. We so enjoyed coming back to the house. The house is super comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Cody is very accommodating, and we feel like we have a friend in Jacksonville Beach. We would not hesitate to stay again, and spend additional time with Cody.“

Cleaning crew opened our door the day before we were to checheck out. I did leave the place like i found it very clean.“
