„The property was clean and had many amenities that made the stay pleasant, such as coffee pods, paper towels, pool towels, and tea. The area was quiet except for a few dogs who barked occasionally. The only negative item was that the freezer portion of the refrigerator was frozen over with frost. “

„We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Caeiros! Everything from the transfer from and to the airport worked without a problem. Paulo, the housekeeper always helped us whenever he could help and answered us in a few minutes after we wrote him. He filled up the fridge with some beverages when we came and treated us always very friendly. All in all I would definitely recommend the Villa to other groups, especially for groups with younger people, like we where! The rooms are decorated carefully and ...

„We stayed here for my best friends hen do and the villa was perfect. The location was great and easy to get into Lisbon city centre via a bolt (which was also cheap too). The host was very helpful and always available to answer any questions we had! “

"My stay at Eurostars Universal Lisbon was a true pleasure! Started from the check-in where I was welcomed warmly. The room I got was on the 8th floor and was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The Rooftop is also nice, even if the pool is not too big I had no problem of getting a place to refresh myself. The location is a little off if you want to go to the city centre of Lisbon but with Uber or the Metro it‘s not too bad (20-30 minutes), but if you explore the surrounding area you will see that it‘s also very nice with a lot of different Restaurants, a big shopping centre (Vasco da Gama) and a nice Seafront where you can stroll. I would recommend this hotel at any time. Thanks very much, I will come again!!"

"Es ist eines der schönsten Hotels in dem ich jemals war und jeglicher Service war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war perfekt und alles in einem Top Zustand. Vor allem möchte ich den Service loben. Ich habe noch nie ein so perfektes Frühstücksbuffet erlebt, wie in diesem Hotel. Ein Abendessen im Hotel war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das einzige Manko ist vielleicht, dass ich die Getränke etwas zu hochpreisig fand. Das würde mich in Zukunft aber nicht davon abhalten, jederzeit wieder in dieses Hotel zu gehen. "
