The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 25 years old.

- No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc..

- No smoking in or on-premise.

- Pets allowed with an additional pet fee ($250 per pet).

Open All Year:

* Enjoy unrestricted access to the pool throughout the year.



Seasonal Heating:

* Pool heater operational when average air temperatures reach around 55-60 degrees.

* Typically maintains water temperatures at 80-85 degrees from April to October, depending on air temperatures.



No Additional Cost:

* Heating the pool incurs no extra charges.



Temperature Disclaimer:

* Pool water temperatures are subject to air temperatures; guarantees cannot be provided.



Note for Winter Months:

* Pools will not be heated from November 1 to March 23.



Disclaimer: Beach towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that a $20 replacement fee will be charged for any towels that are stained, damaged, or missing at the end of your stay.
