„This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. „This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me.
