The Space:

Kas Simba is a villa with three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, well suited for families or groups of friends.



The open kitchen adjoins the living room and is equipped with built-in appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. The outdoor space is exceptionally extensive with a private garden, covered veranda, terrace, and pool deck, all surrounded by a lush mature palm garden.

Guest Access:

As a guest of Kas Simba, you have access to the entire villa, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the open kitchen, living room, and the extensive outdoor areas with private garden, covered veranda, terrace, and of course the private pool. You can park for free both on the property and on the street. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanations about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals personally. The Neighborhood:

South of the center and towards the salt pans: one of Bonaire's most famous residential and vacation zones, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem grew into a collective name for luxury subdivisions like La Palma, Sabalpalm, Lima, Punt Vierkant and Playa Esmeralda. You are close to beloved south coast beaches (like Bachelor's Beach) and iconic dive spots here, ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. A quiet residential area with quick routes to the airport and downtown.



Kas Simba is approximately 400 meters from Good and More supermarket, 1.2 kilometers from Dive Friends Delfins dive center, 1.3 kilometers from Playa Esmeralda (Ocean Oasis), 8.4 kilometers from Lac Bay (windsurfing) and 1.1 kilometers from Brass Boer restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: An absolute must-visit during your stay at Kas Simba is Gotomeer in Washington Slagbaai National Park. This largest saltwater lagoon on Bonaire is hidden in the northern part of the park and is a magical place where Caribbean flamingos can often be admired. The lake is fed by seawater that flows in through underground channels, creating a unique ecosystem. Your best chance of spotting flamingos is in the early morning or late afternoon, when these elegant birds come to forage in the shallow water. Don't forget your binoculars!



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Simba. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Kas Simba is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations. Smoking and pets are not allowed in our accommodations, and we kindly ask you to keep noise down at night. Enjoy your stay at Kas Simba!
