The Space:

Laguna Serena Villa consists of two apartments combined into one spacious 185 m² villa, ideal for groups of up to eight people.



The villa features four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open kitchens directly adjoin the living rooms and are fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, toaster, coffee maker and oven. The outdoor space is exceptionally extensive with a private garden, covered porch, balcony and terrace, ensuring there is always a perfect spot to relax. The private pool forms the heart of the outdoor area and provides cooling and fun for all guests.

As a guest of Laguna Serena Villa, you have access to the entire villa, consisting of two apartments, including all four bedrooms, both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchens, living rooms and all outdoor spaces such as the private garden, covered porch, balcony and terrace. The private pool is exclusively for your use, as well as the free parking spaces on the street directly in front of the villa. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanation about the accommodation and our beautiful island, all arrivals are handled personally. The Neighborhood:

Downtown Kralendijk with its boulevard, piers, sailing and motor boats at the mooring buoys and colorful facades: here you are right in the middle of restaurants, bars, boutiques and the departure point for various boat trips, including sunset tours and water taxis to Klein Bonaire. Ideal for those who want everything within walking distance and enjoy strolling along the boulevard in the evening. For divers and snorkelers, this area is a great base due to quick access to the west coast spots; for foodies and shoppers, this is the place to be. Expect liveliness, convenience and the shortest travel times to the facilities in Bonaire's capital: Kralendijk.



Laguna Serena Villa is approximately 2.2 kilometers from Van den Tweel supermarket, 750 meters from Dive Friends Port Bonaire dive center, 900 meters from Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach, 850 meters from the airport and 1.5 kilometers from Sebastian’s Restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: Just a few minutes' drive from Laguna Serena Villa lies the Donkey Sanctuary, a unique rescue center that you absolutely should not miss. Here, hundreds of donkeys roam freely in a protected natural area of more than 60 hectares. These gentle animals have a special history on Bonaire: they were once used for transportation and agriculture, but when cars arrived, many donkeys roamed wild around the island. The sanctuary now provides them with a safe home where visitors can observe them up close, feed them and learn more about their role in Bonairian culture. A wonderful outing for the whole family!



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Laguna Serena Villa. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Laguna Serena Villa is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
