Our stay in the accomodation left us with a horrible impression. On our arrival, we had to wait for over an hour cause of their ignorance on how to operate the charging system. They were very rude and claimed that it was our fault (as well as Hotels.com fault) that they had not gotten the payment by then, when eventually they realised what they had to do. Never apologised for our inconvenience either. They offer no wifi for the residents. One out of the two evenings that we spent there, there was no hot water in the shower. Finally, they asked us to leave at 11:00, when we already knew that the check out was on midday. Very unprofessional stuff. Avoid at any cost.
