„One of best and most pleasant experiences I’ve had staying here at the Sheraton in Petaling Jaya, as a first time staying I was blown away at the whole experience. The staff were very friendly and always attentive, the hotel was very modern and welcoming and the view from my room was spectacular! Will definitely be making this my only place to stay in the future!“

„Das hotel ist super gelegen, nahe mehrerer Supermärkte und malls. Bahnstation 2 Minuten vom Hotel. Frühstück ist super, alle Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück und die Köche sind zuvorkommend. Tolles Frühstück für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Der Assistant Managet Herr Adnan ist sehr professionell und hilfsbereit, er hat nach Beanstandung unsere Zimmer wechseln lassen und uns persönlich mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Einzige Kritik ist, dass die Zimmer nicht gut gehalten werden. Es wird nicht gründlich sauber gemacht ...
