„Dear Thanos,
We had a great time in your beautiful and very well kept house. Although we were six adults and six children (10-13) it worked out with the 4 bedrooms very well. The three double bedrooms are beautiful. Our six children shared the two floor bedroom and enjoyed it. Many thanks also to the maid Litsa who is a very pleasant and warm person. We can definitely recommend a stay in the villa Titina at Theologos.

„The apartment is lovely, the view onto the sea wonderful. Everything was well organised, Katerina gave us a very warm welcome - it was nice talking to her.
In the apartment there is everything one needs to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The centre of Loutraki is not far away and the Hotel Pappas is near to enjoy the beach and the beach bar ;) .“

„Toller Pool und grandiose Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit Eigentümern und Verwaltern vor Ort lief reibungslos; beide waren sehr hilfreich und bemüht.“

„Ich habe im Vorfeld genaue Informationen erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, etwas abseits der Hauptstrasse, trotzdem gab es Lärm (bei geschlossenen Fenstern), weil die Jugend des Dorfs sich nachts beim Krepáli niedergelassen, Party gemacht und herumgeschrien hat. Die Kirchenglocke war auch recht laut. Das Auto zu parken ist SEHR schwierig. Die Küche: gut und modern; es war alles da, was ich benötigt habe, sogar etwas Öl, Salz und Pfeffer.“

„A great stay at the beautiful, small village, Melissi, along the coastal line. Visiting with 3 kids, looking for a relaxing holiday, this villa was a perfect choice. There are very few shops and restaurants nearby and we didn’t have a car, but the local host, Mr Dimitris, did all he could to make our stay comfortable and rewarding. He took us to a small local trip, that revealed the hidden gems of Melissi, which we would not know otherwise. My kids like playing with dogs, and knowing that, he ...
