„First at all I have to admit that I have choosen this place because the brand Mercure should garanty some standart. I have prooven wrong. Beside the unexperianced staff the quality of the place is not reflecting my experiance in other Mercure hotels. The room was really nice/clean. The rest wasn't. One of the most irritating details was the poor breakfast.“

Auf den Fluren keine Klimatisierung . Internet auf den Zimmern ...

„Hotel lama yang sudah usang. Tapi bersih. Lokasi bagus. 1 malam standard idr 360,000 tiada sarapan. Air panas ambil di ground floor.“

„Would not recommend, plenty of other places to stay in Padang that are very superior for similar pricing“

„Disgusting! Room was filthy. Sign said non-smoking but walls, vents and air-conditioner coated in nicotine. Smell of cigarettes overpowering and made us feel sick. Dirty bed linen. Dust very thick. Faeces on toilet seat. Bathroom door rotten and filthy. Told there was no hot water and tv broken after arrival. No toilet paper, soap. No wifi working. They had to remove dirty dishes out of our room. Wallpaper ripped off wall. We stayed one night and left for a better hotel. Complained to staff ...
