Neu für 2017 ist Klimaanlage! Nicht nur im Master BR, sondern die ganze Wohnung. Dies ist ein Perk selten in Poipu Shores gefunden, viel weniger direkt am Meer Eigentumswohnungen in der Gegend von Poipu. Alle neuen Wohnzimmermöbel auch dieses Jahr. Dieses wunderbare Wochenende hatte eine weitere große Renovierung Ende 2014. Neue Küche ist mit den Werken: Schränke mit Bananenurlaub zieht, Rundum-Granit, neue Geräte, übergroße Waschbecken und modernen Glasfliesen Rücken plätschert. Die Schlafzimmer, beide haben einen neuen Teppich. Neue Spitze der Linie Frontlader-Waschmaschine / Trockner Kombination unter Phantasie Granit installiert gekrönt Waschküche. Gästeschlafzimmer erhielt eine riesige Plantage Verschlusszeit für die Eleganz und Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung verfügt über Massivholz und Bambus-Möbeln, Seegras und Schieferboden mit Designer-Details, wie Gefäße Waschbecken in den Badezimmern und Bambus Oberflächen. Zwei separate Suiten kann eine vierköpfige Familie oder zwei Paare mit Privatsphäre für alle unterzubringen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer mit einem California King-Size-Bett und ein Bad mit Schiefer und Glasblock. Die Gartenseite Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, die in ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett gemacht werden kann (Bitte lassen Sie uns wissen, welche Konfiguration Sie bevorzugen). Während der Gartenseite Gästezimmer hat keinen Meerblick, sind die tropischen Vogelstimmen aus dem Gartenbereich sehr schön. Beide Bäder sind "in der Suite" für ein Maximum an Privatsphäre. Das Gerät verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit angrenzendem Essbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen am Esstisch und Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 in der Küche bar. Ein voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner runden das Angebot für dieses Gerät.

Dieses Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung ist größer als die meisten Einheiten in diesem Komplex und verfügt über eine extra große Veranda, die Sie am liebsten nur auf Kauai Urlaub entspannen werden wird. Kein Anstrich könnte das Drama der Aussicht von Poipu Shores und vor allem aus Einheit 305A neu zu erstellen. Sonnenuntergänge von der Veranda geben einen unglaublichen Ausblick über die dramatischen Poipu Küste den ganzen Weg zu Niihau, die "Verbotene Insel" in der Ferne. Beobachten Sie die Schildkröten, Delfine, Wale, lokalen Auslegerkanus und Segelboote von der Veranda, während Sie Ihren Kaffee am Morgen oder abends ein Glas Wein genießen.

Absolutely wonderful place! We traveled to three different Hawaiian islands, staying in five different places and this place was, hands down, the best!! Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful at Poipu Shores. Perfect location. Walking distance to Poipu Beach. Wake up to turtles swimming below and watching the whales throughout the day.Condo was very clean with all the amenities needed. Our Host checked in on us frequently to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. Hope to return in the future.

Kauai Vacation

Parker is an excellent host, and the view does not disappoint. You can watch whales and turtles from the lanai. Popui and Brennecke's beaches are an easy walk. Even though the location is in the south we took multiple trips to the northern beaches including Hanalei. Shipwreck Beach hike/walk is fantastic. Even though there a many condos in Poipu, it is much quieter than Lihue and Kapa'a.

Our double wedding week stay

We had the best stay at Poipu Shores 305A. We already want to go back! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Including a beach umbrella and beach towels. We loved having a washer and dryer and also the ability to close the windows and doors at night and use the A/C as those waves can be quite loud at times. Which we loved! Some people talk about being woke up by roosters in the morning around the island. Well, you don’t hear any of them here. Instead you hear these amazing waves crashing against the lava cliffs. And talk about a view!!! We saw multiple turtles swimming below every day. And the sunsets are beautiful! We utilized the barbecue a couple of nights and ate at the dining table which was great. We got married while we were there and our double wedding with our friends went so great as we each had our own space to get ready. Thank you Parker for providing such great communication and ease of renting our vaca condo. We enjoyed every minute of our week long stay!

Stunning views!

If I could rate this property higher than a 5 I would! Clean, comfortable beds, fantastic location and, oh my what a view! I loved sitting on the balcony to watch the waves crashing into the rocky shore. It was a quick and easy walk to the Poipu beach where we saw turtles every day and even monk seals. The pool was wonderful and you could see turtles swimming in the water right from the pool deck. Now, the main AC was broken during our stay, but Parker was easy to communicate with and did everything he could to try to get it fixed during our stay. The AC in the main bedroom still worked and not having the main AC really didn’t impact our enjoyment of the property at all. I hope to be able to come back again one day!

We loved our stay. The view was outstanding and the location was convenient. The only downside was the AC. There is a AC unit in the master bedroom and the main area. The second bedroom is warm as the air does not cool the room. Then the AC in the main room failed. It does cool down at night. The staff was very responsive!

Amazing Views!!!

We booked this property for the views and were not disappointed. The unit is smaller than I thought it would be, but was great for our family of four. Two bathrooms are small, but efficient. Kitchen is so well equipped, unlike many other homes we've rented, it had lots of dishes, cutting boards, knives etc.. Walk to the beach is so close, would recommend.

Winter get away

Only had three nights…but enjoyed our short stay on the south side before heading up to the north shore. Booked this property in hopes for mornings enjoying the surf just off the lanai…and was not disappointed. My boys enjoyed the short walk to beaches nearby. We highly recommend this condo for a vacation. Parker is great to work with and also provided a lovely welcome gift upon our arrival. We loved the location as it was close to everything. Great beaches and shops and restaurants. The view from this condo is amazing. Every morning around 9am while we were having our coffee on the lanai a group of spinner dolphins would come. About the same time, we would see several sea turtles too. The condo was clean and well stocked for vacation needs. The beds were comfortable.

My husband and I stayed 5 nights at Parker’s place, our home base for our Kauai elopement - and what a DREAM of a place it was! While the VRBO pictures sold me on this condo, we were blown away by how beautiful it was in person. We didn’t use the guest room bed(s) but it was nice to have the extra room and bathroom. The master bed was SO comfortable, we slept so well every night. Parker was the perfect host, checking in to make sure we had everything we need and including plenty of recommendations on the island. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on Kauai and will absolutely be back here again!

Magnificent view of surf and sunset

We could not imagine staying in a more beautiful setting than here. The crashing of the waves, the spray of the waves from hitting the rocks and the magnificent sunsets every night from the deck are unparalleled. It is an older unit, but it is very clear that the owners and property manager are updating it a little bit at a time. I would think that getting a new carpet in the master bedroom would be a pretty high priority. It would also be a good idea to replace the curtains, which are old and spotted. The manager,Parker, could not have been more responsive to handle any of our needs, although there were not many of them. We are already looking into our next stay.
