„Great service, and excellent hotel. All the staff were helpful from people to help with luggage, reception and house keeping. Good location great room. Only negative is breakfast - provided by third party restaurant in the attached mall. „My husband and I stayed for 4 days. The hotel is peaceful, not noisy and has large open spaces. The buffet breakfast was excellent except for the croissants which were soggy not light and crispy. „Never done a proper cleaning. There's a dead cockroach on the chair, and some plastic bag leftover from previous guests. The towel a bit yellowish, and there're hairs on the bed. They do no provide shampoo, only soup, and it's squeeze type. not soup bar. Hope they can improve on these. “
