Flat Duynhuys is a bright, brand-new apartment on the second floor of a residence right by the beach in Koksijde. From the living room and the balcony you look out over the sea and the dunes.

The apartment is all on one level and the building has a lift. The open living area has a large corner sofa, a smart TV and a dining table for eight, with big windows that let in plenty of light. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, a combination oven with microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker.

There are three bedrooms: a main bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200), a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and a built-in wardrobe, and a children`s room with a bunk bed (single bed on top, double bed below). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double washbasin, and there is a separate toilet near the entrance. A washer-dryer, a travel cot and a high chair are available.

The balcony (8 m²) has seating for two. The beach is just a few steps away.

Bed linen is included; towels can be ordered separately. A security deposit of €300 is held on your credit card.

Please note: this is a brand-new building and finishing works are still ongoing in the common areas. You may hear some work noise during the day.
