Because of the large windows and the ideal location, the apartment is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From both the living room and the kitchen you also have a beautiful view of the beach and the sea, making your stay extra special.

The living room offers plenty of space and features a cozy dining table with matching chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal together. In addition, the comfortable sofa can easily be transformed into a full double bed, suitable for 2 people.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen is new and equipped with all necessities. Ideal for preparing your own delicious meals for you and your travel party.

Naast ‘t Zand has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space thanks to the spacious closets. This room also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and single sink. The second bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink, offering extra comfort.

In the storage room you will find a washing machine and a dryer, which you can use during your stay. In addition, there is a separate toilet in the hallway for added convenience.

Upon arrival, you can park your car hassle-free in the nearby underground garage, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately.
