„Die Zimmer waren gross und sauber. Da es sich um ein Appartement gehandelt hat, gäbe es ein Service und kann nicht bewertet werden. Herauszufinden wo das Office für den Check-in was ist nicht ganz einfach und müsste bereits beim buchen des Appartement klar ersichtlich sein. Die Anlage liegt in einem grossen angelegten Park und ist relativ weit weg vom Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nur mit Auto erreichbar. “

„This was a gem in the rough for sure! Nice property but what I liked most about it was how quiet it was. Just the sounds of nature and not a lot of tourist noise. If you want a relaxing time at home away from home this is it. Everything was an easy travel distance to beaches etc. I scuba dive and this was a welcomed retreat afterwards. There was also a beach umbrella, chairs, AND a boogie board available to use during beach days which my kids and I greatly appreciated. The whole Waikoloa area is adorable with shops, restaurants, and a beach all within a couple minutes of driving. "mehr Schein als Sein - Personal an der Rezeption war absolut unkompetent, gebuchtes Frühstück wurde nicht anerkannt und erneut in Rechnung gestellt, Zimmerzutritt (Karten) wurde schon am Morgen der Abreise deaktiviert obwohl das Zimmer bis 10:00 Uhr gebucht war, 35,00 $ Parkgebühren pro Nacht obwohl das Fahrzeug nur auf einer freien Fläche steht ?!, keine Essensmöglichkeit am Abend im Hotel sowie auch kein Barbetrieb"
