„Nicely decorated and clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very nice breakfast with Greek pastry, fruits, etc. It's a good place to stay for a hike to the Rouvas Canyon, Phaistos Palace and a trip to Komos or Matala Beach on the south coast. We had a good time and can also recommend the Vengera taverna. They have a different menu every day including wine for 12€ per person. It's definitely worth it!“

„Very nice and clean hotel! Reception was closed but I got very detailed instructions before arrival on how to retreive my key and find the room. I was also gifted sweets and wine. I loved that the fridge was bigger than usual hotel fridges/minibar. I also got the breakfast, which was served at a nearby café, and I got my breakfast served at the table. Very cozy place and everything was tasty! Highly recommend this hotel!“

„Das Apartment sowie die gesamte Anlage waren sehr sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außer das es recht laut draußen war, weil gegenüber eine Rollerwerkstatt ist, gibt es keine negative Punkte. Die Werkstatt war nur tagsüber störend, wenn man auf dem Balkon saß. "We went to a one week trip to Heraklion and found via Expedia this nice hotel. It is directly located in the city center. Shops, nice restaurants and nice and interesting places to visit like the H Harbour are very close by in 5 to 10 min walk distance. The staff is very nice and always happy to help to give advice when and where to go. The rooms have a nice modern styling and are very clean and well maintained. Our room had also a nice balcony, with chairs and a table. The hotel does also have a spa area with a swimming pool downstairs for which a reservation is necessary. There is no reservation fee for guests. We thought it is a good idea, that a reservation needs to be done, so the experience is nicer, because there is no risk, that the area might be overcrowded. An additional nice Pool is on the roof top with the roof top bar right next located to it. The roof top pool does not need a reservation. In summary, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will for sure come back for another stay in the future to visit Heraklion again."
